David and Connor hosted a Valentine’s Day party at our house this year for all of their playgroup friends. David was so excited about it, it was so cute. We made cupcakes the day before and he picked out Batman Valentines for everyone. We also made heart-shaped crayons to give as favors. I told him that he would need to welcome everyone when they got here, so he parked himself at the window and whenever he saw someone new pull up, he’d throw the door open and scream “WELCOME TO OUR VALENTINE’S DAY PARTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!” at the top of his lungs. I think everyone had a great time.
I’m sad I didn’t get a better picture of his shirt, which said “Captain Heartbreak” on it and had a picture of a pirate that was saying “Ahoy, ladies!” Hilarious.
